各有关学校、青少年活动中心、Botball参赛队伍：
近日Botball国际组委会和中国组委会（以下简称“Botball组委会”）接到相关举报，上海维贯智能科技有限公司和杭州维贯智能科技有限公司冒用Botball和JBC (Junior Botball Challenge)名义使用伪造Botball套件进行商业活动，该行为已严重侵犯Botball的知识产权。
Botball组委会现郑重公告：
- 使用上述非法套件将无法参加Botball系列赛事（含Botball全国赛、国际赛、中央电教馆“全国中小学生电脑制作活动”各级Botball比赛项目）。所有官方套件的唯一序列号可通过青少年国际竞赛与交流中心查询。
- 青少年国际竞赛与交流中心(ITCCC)于2013年将Botball赛事正式引入中国，是BotBall国际组委会在中国的唯一合作伙伴，负责组织中国赛区的竞赛与交流活动。
- 中国组委会已取消上海维贯智能科技有限公司和杭州维贯智能科技有限公司在全国范围内对Botball套件的经销权。
- Botball中国组委会未授权任何机构举办Botball区域赛事和Botball相关培训。
- 中国区域范围内，任何单位及个人须事先取得Botball中国组委会授权方可使用Botball和JBC（Junior Botball Challenge）标识。
- 对上海维贯智能科技有限公司和杭州维贯智能科技有限公司未经授权擅自使用Botball和JBC标识和仿造Botball套件进行商业活动的行为，Botball中国组委会将以法律手段追究其侵权责任。
- 各位老师如果遇到上述问题，请积极与组委会联系，共同维护Botball大家庭的纯净。

To Whom It May Concern,
Recently, Botball Robotic Competition International Organizing Committee and Botball Robotic Competition Chinese Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Botball Committee") has been informed of an infringement incident of name and trademark right of Botball and JBC (Junior Botball Challenge). Some unauthorized controllers and metal parts were being used in business activities by Chinese institution in Shanghai and Zhejiang Province. This behavior has seriously infringed Botball intellectual property and is strictly prohibited.
Here Botball Committee solemnly declares as below:
- Botball competition was officially introduced to China by International Teenager Competition and Communication Center (ITCCC) in 2013. As the exclusive partner in China region, ITCCC has been responsible for organizing Botball regional competition events, and related activities since then.
- Botball Committee(ITCCC) has never authorized any organization to hold regional events or/and training workshops.
- Without official licensing, Botball logo and JBC (Junior Botball Challenge) logo can NOT be used for any purposes by any entities or individuals.
- The use of unauthorized or/and counterfeit parts and components in any fashion will be treated as a legal violation. A formal warning will be issued to this infringement of intellectual property laws. Meanwhile, Botball International reserves the rights to take legal measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests.
